Backflow Test Submission

The City of Coalinga is partnering with BSI for backflow testing and compliance.  Both testers and water customers will be able to log in and view status of devices, due dates for testing, and review any notifications for devices. Testers will be able to add devices to accounts and update any information not found for device. Please use the link below to submit backflow tests. Please see guides below for registration help.
