NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public meeting of the City Council of the City of Coalinga acting as the Housing Successor Agency to the Coalinga Redevelopment Agency (“Housing Successor Agency”) is hereby called on May 7, 2026, at 6:00 pm located in the City Council Chambers at 155 West Durian Ave, Coalinga, CA 93210.
Said meeting shall be for the purpose of the City Council, acting as Housing Successor Agency, to consider a Resolution authorizing the transfer of certain real property located at 180 N.Pierce Street, Coalinga, County of Fresno, California and identified as APN 071-123-18 (“Property”). The Property is known as Property (1) on the Coalinga Housing Successor Agency’s Housing Asset Transfer Form (“HAT”).
Under California Health and Safety Code Section 33433, a summary report is available for public review about the proposed sale of the Property. A copy of the summary report is available for public inspection at the office of the City Clerk, Coalinga City Hall, 155 W Durian Ave, Coalinga, CA 93210 during regular business hours, Monday through Thursday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
This notice is provided pursuant to California Health and Safety Code Section 33433.
